Working with Tracy has completely revolutionized my swimming. I started with her as a ball of nerves bobbing and breathing at the shallow end and now consider the swim my favorite and strongest part of my fitness. As a swim coach, and a person, Tracy is amazing. She knows exactly when to hold your hand, and when to kick you in the butt. In less than 8 weeks she took me from a 42 minute Half Iron swim time to a 1:17 Full Iron swim time.

I find it great that I used to sweat the swim, now I think it sucks that the hotel pool is barely big enough to practice bilateral breathing. I had to resort to several drills we've done including standing in 3' water practicing my stroke, cadence, and breathing! Loving my new comfort with the swim!
