GROUP Swim Performance Training Sessions are designed for the multi-sport athlete or swimmer who is intrinsically motivated to excel in life as well as in the sport of triathlon. Group swims offer camaraderie and accountability in a small group format and focuses on improving technique, then training and conditioning that new technique. Athletes will improve stroke efficiency, comfort levels in competition and overall personal confidence and mental toughness!
- Each training session speaks to each person’s unique way of learning and grasping concepts in order to improve their swimming. Drills are frequently modified or designed for each person’s strengths and weaknesses. I pride myself in being able to successfully communicate all aspects and nuances of swimming to a wide range of abilities and personalities.

6-Week Winter Wake Up Session- Jan 18-Feb 24- (12 swims offered, but you only pay for 10 to cover unexpected misses/vacations- $310)
Wakey, wakey from your winter slumber and get your swim back on! This short session will bring renewed enthusiasm back into your training. The session is a great way to see how the program works and a great way to kick off 2023 training with accountability!

11-Week Base Session- March 8-May 26 (21 swims offered, but you only pay for 19 to cover unexpected misses/vacation- $589- price & location subject to change)
This swim performance training session continues to work technique as well as building your endurance, speed and confidence in the water in prep for the beginning of tri "season" in June
(Tentatively no practice Fri March 29- April 7 & is included in price)

12-Week Summer Session- June 7-August 25 (24 swims offered but you only pay for 22 to cover unexpected misses/vacations -$682-price & location subject to change)
Race season is here and there is no better way to show off your hard work during the winter and spring sessions than to show UP the competition at those early season races! If you're just now getting around to training, this is also a great place to start. OPEN WATER SKILLS AND TRAINING will supplemental in this session and will compliment continued technique focus and pool conditioning.

The 5-Pack- $200 ($40 per practice)
(These swims are not good for private lessons. Please see the Private Lesson tab for a discount on a package of 5 private or buddy lessons)
The 5-pack of group swim performance training practices might be the way to go if you want to experiment with small group training before committing to a full session. Or, if your work and family life is hectic then this option will allow you to "reserve" the dates you know you can swim. Still a great accountability tool and a great way to work on technique as well as learn how to train your swim like a swimmer for superior performance as a triathlete!
**A "reservation" (text, email, or verbal to Tracy) must be made in advance and is subject to lane availability. If you don't cancel within 24 hours or don't show up, you lose it.
